One side grey, with secondary layer which is dark brown to black. Selected style (such as bags, shrouds, sheets, rolls, etc.) and thickness offer slight differences in shading and feel -- it is an opaque polyethylene or polypropylene multi-laytered protectant (see image for likeness).
